GJ Hellcat — one of hundreds of Venus flytrap varieties now in stock
From the Greenhouse
First Things First — Thank You!
What a month! May has been one of the busiest we’ve ever had, and that is entirely down to you amazing customers. I’m blown away by the support. We got all of the Venus flytraps updated and with nearly 400 different varieties now listed, you all clearly have fantastic taste.
May in the greenhouses is something else entirely. After all the behind-the-scenes work I put in over the winter, everything is finally starting to pop off. I’ve been deep in pollination work with Nepenthes and Sarracenia, and the Venus flytraps are growing quickly after their long dormancy.
Shipping Update
Heads Up — Brief Shipping Break
May is going to fly by fast. I’m heading to North Carolina for the Carnivorous and Exotic Plant Symposium and Expo — Kernersville, May 16–17, 2026, and I’m combining the trip to go see some wild CPs growing in their native habitat, which I am absolutely pumped about.
Last order day before the break: May 4th
Orders placed after May 4th will ship when we return.
We’re back shipping around May 25th.
If there’s something on your wish list, now is the time to grab it! Don’t miss out on your must-haves before the break.

Coming Very Soon
The Big Sarracenia Drop Is Coming
Next my main focus is going to be updating the entire Sarracenia collection on jeremiahsplants.com. Expect a lot of exciting new plants — many will be single extra divisions this year, meaning once they’re gone, they’re gone. If something catches your eye, don’t wait.
