We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! However, as a husband-and-wife operated business with no additional staff, there will be occasional pauses in shipping when we’re out of town.

How We Ship

All plants are carefully packed and shipped bare-root, wrapped in moss to ensure their safety and health during transit. We take great pride in preparing each order with care—your plants will be lovingly handled and securely packaged to arrive in excellent condition.

Most plants are best shipped during the winter months, but will appear smaller because of dormancy.

We ship out orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and most Wednesday — because even plants deserve a weekend.

Why those days? It gives your leafy new friend the best chance of arriving fresh and fabulous without getting stuck in a box over a long weekend, questioning all of life’s choices.

We pack with care, ship fast, and cross our fingers that your mail carrier doesn’t yeet the box over a fence. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order’s on the move, so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

If it’s too hot, too cold, or the plant just gives us a bad vibe that day, we might hold off shipping until it’s safe. Trust us — it’s worth the wait.
