Heliamphora minor var. pilosa AB Giant Red is a large-growing pilosa selection prized for its exceptional red coloration and oversized hairy pitchers. Originally obtained from Andrea Bianchi in Italy. This Auyan-tepui endemic develops densely hairy interiors and bold crimson nectar spoons that deepen dramatically under strong highland light. Care: Bright indirect light. Pure water only under 50ppm (distilled, RO, or rainwater). Cool to intermediate temps 65-80F days, 45-60F nights. Pure long-fiber sphagnum or peat/perlite mix. High humidity 60-90% preferred. Shipped bare-root — healthy rooted plant ready to establish.
