Nepenthes sericea x villosa #2 represents an exciting cross of two high-altitude specialists: silken-haired N. sericea from Peninsular Malaysia's misty peaks and the formidable N. villosa from Mount Kinabalu's extreme elevations, renowned for its ferociously toothed peristome. Expect vigorous seedlings with the potential to develop impressive, heavily dentate pitchers combining both parents' alpine vigor and distinctive pitcher architecture.
