These Taerwe Tropicals imports are still fairly new, brought in during July 2026, so yours may arrive without an active pitcher just yet. They have had enough time in my care to settle in well, and I am confident they will grow great once they have found their new home.
This cross uses my Nepenthes talangensis x glandulifera from BE, paired with the amazing male N. edwardsiana from NepenthesDude, who has fathered some of my most amazing hybrids.
Nepenthes talangensis, native to Sumatra, contributes a compact highland habit and rich upper pitcher coloration. Nepenthes glandulifera from Borneo, adds distinctive glandular hairs on the peristome and lid. Nepenthes edwardsiana, native to Mount Kinabalu and Mount Tambuyukon in Borneo, rounds out the cross with its ribbed peristome and striking coloration.
With all three parent species coming from highland environments, expect this hybrid to favor cooler, highland style conditions.
Bred by me (Jeremiah), sourced directly from Taerwe Tropicals of Belgium through our exclusive US partnership.
