Nepenthes nebularum is a highland tropical pitcher plant native to southeastern Mindanao in the Philippines, described in 2016 by Geoff Mansell of Exotica Plants and Filipino botanist Wally Suarez. It has so far been recorded with certainty from only two mountains.
The specific epithet nebularum refers to the foggy cloud forest habitat where it was discovered — fitting for a plant that remained hidden until repeated expeditions finally reached it.
N. nebularum produces pitchers with a wide black peristome, with pitchers that are mostly black with pale wing bars. The plant is also covered in a distinctive copper-colored indumentum across the petioles, tendrils, and pitchers.
It shows close affinities to N. robcantleyi and N. truncata.
